Apparently End of Game doesn't qualify as end of a life :'(

Had ~$103,000 in one life being a medic in the zone. Then game ended and i got a ~15k end of game bonus. Yet I did not get the over 100k in one life achievement :'(

Only reason I can think of why it did not count was because I was revived a few times in there.
