Game desperately needs main comms/commander/team voice chat

Gameplay is solid, but teamplay is nonexistent. After launch cod/bf crowd must be filtered out and there needs to be some team hiearchy or the game will die due comunity disagreements and gap between the teams. 30ppl coordinated on discord vs cod randoms with voice chat turned off. You should not be able to connect to any multiplayer game without mic. Voice chat should be permanently ON. Hopefully it will get adressed after launch..... Kick tool for people who dont want to play in team in team game would be very nice too... but sure we need people to test the game. Hopefully community will filter after the hype dies down.
