Cosmetics

I haven’t seen many discussions around this topic, probably because we don’t know much as of right now. We know they have said they want camos/skins for weapons to be something earned by the player and not something purchased with money. I have not however heard anything about cosmetics concerning our player characters. Will there be any cosmetics for gear? Maybe alternative skins for vests, backpacks, and helmets? Being that we are mercenaries fighting for one of 3 teams, it makes sense we would not all look the same and there would be variety in appearances (excluding the arm band for our team color). Any thoughts or info anyone could add?
