After playing the beta, what's the best strategies for gaining class XP have you discovered?

I'm talking specifically about more advanced/specific/detailed strategies that you found the most useful

Not the most basic "assault: kill people, support: build stuff, medic: heal people, pilot: fly the helicopter", etc.
