How do I load my heli with chutes?

Seen someone on here said they loaded their heli with free parachutes for people, The bonus for the people living outweighs the cost of the parachute, so how do I put these in where people can grab them and how do I tell people who don't know, how to grab them out while riding? Didn't really mess with the inventory much besides throwing in some crates.
