Dynamic Weather & Night Battles? Is this already planned?

More weather variety would be awesome, rain, fog, storms, and a proper dynamic weather system that can change throughout a match.

And please give us nighttime matches . Imagine a battle starting at dusk and gradually turning into a full-night fight, with tracers, muzzle flashes, vehicle headlights, flares and stuff like that!
