Game needs leadership (leadership chat, and Commanders)

It’s way too disorganized without someone dictating the battle. Red team on east coast servers tries to pile everyone into a squad and use that chat to direct people. It would be better to have a leadership chat with just squad leaders so they can organize. That may not make the commander necessary, but having a singular person to help dictate strategy and even composition would curtail some of the meta issues. You’ll always have a number of snipers without limiting them, but this may help encourage more teamwork.
