Players Destroying your vehicle in spawn removes all your personal $$

This is a pretty serious problem, a douche of a team mate is able to say ram your vehicle in spawn and destroy it and what happens is you start getting incurred repair costs, so as they continue to do this your vehicle continues to get damaged and you keep racking up the repair costs. They are able to do this until you effectively reach $5 which is incredibly quick, we're talking seconds.

Imagine having all your funds taken in this fashion in less then 10 seconds. Incredibly game breaking since you can no longer purchase anything.
