Radio system

I would love to see a radio system similar to Squad, without the commander role. Sometimes trying to coordinate on the game chat is lacklustre. What would you like to see when it comes to in game communication? For anyone not familiar with squads radio setup, squad leaders would have a separate channel to talk to each other from their own squad channel.
