There should be a VoIP reconnect button

Sometimes it happens that you get disconnected from the communication server, so it would be great to have a button for a reconnect, because being in a game for 40min and getting disconnected while its a tight match is bad bad. I wouldnt want to leave and reconnect.

I took this example from Hell Let Loose, because it works there.
