Returning to a PVP type of game
Hi all!
As I’ve grown closer to my 40’s I started to give up on any PVP games. I can’t handle COD anymore because it’s stupidly fast paced with people jumping around 360 no scoping me. I used to love battlefield back in the day but battlefield 6 just ended up feeling like an extension of COD.
I’ve pretty much played exclusively single player or PVE based online games. That was the case until I watched a million hype videos and streams during the first beta of this game. The hype worked as I pre ordered and will be trying out this beta this week.
I’m rambling so to be clear I’m asking for any advice for a returning player to a PVP game. How to make the best out of my time playing this and how to not be so useless that your team hates you 😂
I have a feeling I’ll spend significant time being a taxi of people and/or supplies while I try to get better with a weapon. Wardogs looks like the perfect balance between ‘arcade’ and ‘military sim’ and something easier for me to get into than Arma.
Anyone else in a similar boat to me?
