Purchase the support pack separately

A random guy I played CS with gave me the game on Steam, and I liked it so much that I wanted to buy the support pack, but it's not available separately. Damn, I really need a taxi skin for the helicopter. Will it be available for purchase on September 10th? Does anyone know?
