Super niche issue: can't rebind right click due to context menus.

I know this isn't an exciting thing to upvote but no idea how else to get visibility on the issue.

I am an insane person who binds right click to jump (quake 3 arena start). This game takes quite a bit of issue with right click jump.

For one, you can't jump with a weapon equipped, but you can jump with a wrench equipped.

You can't unbind the revive command from right click, nor the heal yourself command. This can be problematic to say the least.

Please do a proper pass on keybinds that are bound to mouse buttons and add the missing keybinds to the menu so we can move this stuff around.

I know this doesn't impact 99.99% of you. I'm sorry, please upvote anyways.
