A longer revive being interrupted by a faster revive should reward both players.
It's as simple as the title. I had a number of cases where I managed to drag a downed player out of the line of fire and start to revive them without any medical supplies (I used them earlier), then another player steps up with their faster revive equipment and revives them before I finish. This results in zero reward for the initial reviving player (me in this case), and the normal reward for the player interrupting. I really feel that the solution is to simply give both players full credit for reviving the player in this case (it's not like the original player was going to randomly STOP reviving, and the latter player has already made the decision to revive someone). I know Battlefield 6 does revives this way, and to me it seems like an easy way to always encourage a player to attempt to revive a teammate, even if they're not a more dedicated medic type of player.
