Solution for “pilot vetting”. Show a player’s pilot level above heli at main, and let folks decide for themselves

See a lot of frustration regarding heli pilots that get everybody killed by crashing. I think this could be a solution, if someone doesn’t have experience piloting in game then you can decide to not board.
