I can already feel this community losing it.
Everything is "URGENT and SERIOUS and NEEDS fixing RIGHT NOW PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE".
Like get a grip. If everythings insanely important and problematic, nothing is. Moderation people. There are issues but were truly having mostly champagne problems right now.
Oh no, drag griefing/trolling is theoretically possible. Happened exactly once within 30 hours. Even IF it actually happened more/regularly, id happily pay the teamkilling tax..or simply leave and ignore it. Getting mad over mundane stuff like that but not limited to that is literally what these people want and what makes it happen (to you) more often.
Oh no, teammates can loot me when i die. Yea. YOU DIED. Shouldnt have died. Be glad someone is rezzing you at all. "Oh no i cant do anything now." Are you sure? Are you actually sure about that? Or are you just being a lazy and entitled little baby about it. Get creative or go get a new kit. (Before ppl accuse, i dont even loot people, i just dont see it as a big deal when people do. Also only happened to me like thrice in 30 hours. Big whoop.)
Oh no, people arnt closing the doors reliably. "We NEEED self closing doors." No we dont?? The fact that blunders like that can happen is precisely what makes these chaotic team environments fun. Human error is what brings down the fort. I actively wouldnt want self closing doors or something like that.
Being so loud for semi irrelevant stuff, not just limited to what i mentioned here, is making it needlessly harder for devs to actually discern what is truly a problem and what isnt. If we polish away every little roughspot, we end up with a smooth but soulless product that has lost all its character. I really hope they dont listen to everything being screamed at them like they said they wouldnt and go through with their vision of the game.
