Equipment Suggestion: Radio

The community seems very torn on allowing intra-team voice communication in this game, and another user made a great suggestion:

A radio/walkie-talkie you purchase ($100?) that allows you to talk to anyone else on the team that has one. This would allow intra-team comms for the people that want to coordinate, but also be a completely optional piece of equipment for players or squads that want to go it alone.
